Union Kiosk is a small, hole-in-the-wall style, all-vegan cafe in a CBD laneway, specialising in a wide variety of jaffles (toasted sandwiches). They offer both savoury and sweet jaffles with creative fillings, alongside coffee and other vegan treats like pastries. I tried the Korean beef kimchi gochujang mayo one and it was flavourful and delicious. It’s a popular spot for a quick and affordable vegan meal or snack in the Melbourne CBD.
