This vegetarian sushi train restaurant where most of the offerings are vegan, and the items containing egg or dairy are clearly marked. They offer a wide variety of sushi rolls as well as a separate hot food menu with dishes like laksa and ramen, which can be ordered via QR code and delivered by a little electric train. They also offer a more upscale vegan Kaiseki (multi-course Japanese tasting menu) experience upstairs.
