Located in a Shinjuku Isetan department store, Green Italian TORCIA is an upscale and classy Italian restaurant opened by the Chaya restaurant chain.
The vegan options are marked clearly in the menu with some interesting options like '3 kinds of vegan roe soy carbonara' and the pomodoro sauce hamburg steak. The prices are on the higher side.
As part of the Chaya chain, Green Italian TORCIA carries their great range of vegan desserts as well. Expect to find vegan mont blanc cake, strawberry cake and more. The seasonal cherry blossom cream cake I tried there was superb with layers of sakura chestnut puree, mochi and red bean paste.
