Starting as a food truck, Luna Burger is now a popular brick-and-mortar restaurant in Kamakura located right next to Hase Station. They serve a great selection of all-vegan burgers, like the Kamakura BBQ burger I tried. Other than burgers, you'll find a unique assortment of soy whipped cream-filled buns, with one that’s fried and needs to be eaten within 60 seconds before the cream melts.
