Motto Motto has two main vegan offerings - the teriyaki tofu rice bowl and the miso ramen (the tofu curry rice has dairy and is not vegan).
I had the teriyaki tofu donburi $16, and it was pretty delicious, though I was surprised of its small size. It comes with four pieces of tofu that have a great smooth texture, served over rice with seaweed, edamame, pickles and more.
At the time of writing, they are doing a buy one get one free for the vegan miso ramen on every Monday.
For sides, the vegetable and chive gyoza is vegan-friendly, and I also love their peach or lychee iced tea.
