This ramen place in Paddington has 2 vegan ramen. The miso one is vegan by default, and the veg one is vegan after removing the egg. They also have a vegan tofu bao and a few vegan sides.
The broths of both ramen are rich and tasty. I especially love the flavourful mushroom in the ramen. The ramen consistency could be too soft for some people.
At the time of writing, they are doing a AU$10 special for ramen on Monday and Tuesday 4:30-5:30.
