I recently tried a vegan nuggets from Aldi's vegan line and while it is a good value, the texture was way too soft and mushy. I suspect the recipe may have changed since other people online didn't have the same experience. And because of the mushy meat texture, the nuggets weren't crispy even though I baked them longer than the recommended time. I wouldn't recommend them unless the recipe is updated to provide a more meaty texture.
