As a vegan, I am always excited to see new egg replacement products on the market, but this one is one of the worst products I've tried in a long time. The taste is not egg-y at all and has a weird sour flavour that is hard to eat. I even tried to save it by adding more black salt, smoked seasoning mix and some vegan bacon, but the weird flavour still prevails. The texture is also rubbery no matter how I scramble it. Making it worse, it is also expensive at about $8-9. The small bottle only makes about 2 portions. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
