These Mac's plant based macadamia shortbread fingers are a good vegan biscuit option. The flavours are nice, but I wish that it has a stronger buttery taste. The texture is not my favourite for a shortbread biscuit. I find a bit too hard, and not crumbly and melty enough. However, I do appreciate that they are not expensive even though there aren't many pieces inside.
