I'm impressed by the meaty texture and pleasant taste of these schnitzels from Fry's. The crumbed outside is crispy, which adds a nice texture to whatever dish you are preparing. I find both baking and pan frying them great options. For 4 schnitzels, the price is pretty good, especially considering that they go on sale pretty often.
