These cocktail spring rolls from Aldi's Urban Eats range are a great value at just $5.99 for a bag of 60 small spring rolls. I also love that they come in a zip-lock bag, which makes it super convenient to just cook a few at a time.
The spring rolls themselves are decent, but not amazing. I cooked them in the oven, and they don't get very crispy, so you'd probably need to deep fry them if you want them crispy. The filling was also mostly cabbage, and I wish the other ingredients (like the oyster mushroom, soy protein, vermecelli noodles, etc.) were more noticeable. But for the price, they are a solid, convenient party snack to have in the freezer.
